Anytime during your lifetime you can trade your Steinway-designed piano purchased from Steinway Hall - Dallas/ Fort Worth/ Plano back to us and your will receive the full price you paid towards the purchase price of any new piano of greater value. (Subject to the reasonably good condition of the piano.)
Manufacturer's Warranty
All Steinway Designed Pianos come with a manufacturer's warranty. One your warranty is received by Steinway & Sons you will recieve your warranty certificate in your name with your pianos information.
