With its 1998 purchase of 81 new Steinway, Essex, and Boston pianos and an additional 20 in the last two years, the School of Music at Texas Christian University has brought its Steinway and Boston piano inventory close more than 100 exceptional instruments. TCU is clearly committed to making both Steinway and Boston, Designed by Steinway & Sons, an important part of its future. 

Piano studies at Texas Christian University are a vital part of the total curriculum of the School of Music.
