Steinway Hall Gift Certificates do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable ONLY at Steinway Hall - Dallas/Fort Worth/Plano. Gift Certificates may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Certificates can be replaced with satisfactory proof of purchase.
