Recital Hall
Steinway Hall - Dallas/ Fort Worth/ Plano features a spacious and convenient recital hall that is available for use by music educators and their students in the North Texas area. Available for rent for your recital, event, or meeting, each musician will have the pleasure of performing on a Steinway Concert Grand piano.
2012 Spring Recital Season
The 2012 Spring Recital Season will take place from April 15, 2012 through June 15, 2012. If you want to book your recital on a day that does is not between these dates, please contact the showroom to make the proper arrangements.

When can I start booking my 2012 Spring Recital?
Partners in Performance members can start booking their Spring recital date on:
Friday, September 2nd at 2:00 p.m.
*Exclusive Opportunity: Piano teachers whose referals or students purchased a piano after August, 15th 2010 will have the opportunity to book their Spring recital date on Thursday, September 1st at 2:00 p.m.
Four Simple Ways to Book Your Spring Recital
1) Complete the Recital Form on www.steinwaypianos.com/teachers
2) Email your requested Recital Date to teachers@steinwaypianos.com
3) Call the Steinway Hall location where you wish to book your Spring recital.
4) Visit the Steinway Hall location and book your recital in person.
* Recital dates will be reserved in the order by which they are received.
* You will receive a confirmation once your recital date is scheduled.
Recital Hall Fees
Commercial Recital Hall Rental $ 750.00
Music Educator Large Recital $ 250.00
Music Educator Standard Recital $ 175.00
Required Concert Tuning $ 149.50
Partners in Performance Member Fee
(Includes Complimentary Tuning) $ 0.00
Recital fees are due by the date of your recital and are subject to Sales Tax.
Capacity
Capacity for recitals is (Dallas = 85 people; Fort Worth = 75 people; Plano = 100) including performers. Studios requiring larger capacity can opt for back-to-back recitals on Saturday or Sunday, if available.
Rehearsal Times
Rehearsals must be scheduled and are first-come, first served. All rehearsals are subject to interruptions as they are scheduled during store hours. Your student may be asked to cease playing while a customer is considering a piano. We ask that you adhere strictly to your time allotment. This limited rehearsal time is best used not as a coaching/practice session, but as an opportunity to allow the students to try the instrument briefly and as a logistics run-through.

Refreshments
Steinway Hall does not allow refreshments. No Exceptions. In addition, no food, drink, or candy of any kind is allowed in the Hall during rehearsals or recitals.
Conduct
Please coach your students and their family members to not place anything on the pianos such as purses or keys. Due to the presence of dangerous equipment, no one is allowed in the shop areas unless accompanied by a representative of Steinway Hall. Steinway Hall – Dallas/ Fort Worth/ Plano is not responsible for any personal belongings.
